The product replies within seconds, answers questions using your own services and pricing, follows up at measured intervals if the lead goes quiet, and either books the meeting or helps close the sale.
We built Leadmeadow for one specific frustration: a warm lead arrives, nobody sees the message for six hours, and by then they have already bought from someone else. Small sales teams — solo founders, agencies of one to ten people, service businesses — lose this race every day. Leadmeadow makes the first response happen in under two seconds, every time, on the number the lead already trusts.
Who we are
Leadmeadow is a small, UAE-based team. The product is founder-led and built hands-on — every feature you see on the dashboard was shipped because a real customer asked for it or because we watched a lead get lost without it. We do not have a sales team. We do not have a growth team. We have the product, and the people who answer your support email are the same people writing the code.
What we believe
- Speed beats polish. A reply in two seconds that is 90% right converts better than a reply in two hours that is perfect.
- WhatsApp is the sales floor. For most of our customers it is where the deal actually happens. The dashboard supports that, not the other way around.
- Fewer knobs. Small teams do not have time to configure. Connect WhatsApp, describe your business, and the AI should already be useful.
